The nice shaped top makes this a very pleasant mantel to look at.
Its marble top rests on a paneled frieze with pyramid shaped endblocks on each sides above straight paneled jamb that end in double profiled footblocks.
Mantel is in nice original condition, topshelf has been braced as a precaution.
