Happy to offer this very pleasing Louis XVI fireplace mantel in Carrara white marble.
The moulded breakfront shelf sits above a stop fluted frieze that end in acanthus paterae endblocks on both sides. These enblocks rest on beautifully carved scrolled acanthus consoles on a paneled jamb above rectangular plain footblocks.
This mantel is in lovely original condition, nice and clean yet showing its age and patina.
Great piece with the perfect dimensions, ready to be shipped and installed.
Can be supplied with marble hearth.
