Crafted from dark Bardiglio marble, this mantelpiece features a subtle design that effortlessly embraces the Rococo design language.
A hand-carved rocaille anchors the center of the frieze, while the transition from the frieze to the jambs is defined by curved incised lines at the corners—giving the fireplace a softened, rounded presence despite its straight-angled geometry. Subtle pointed accents project toward the firebox at the upper inner corners, and the entire piece rests on a tall, substantial plinth.
